“MFA, People. People, MFA” was a well-known slogan associated with the Movimento das Forças Armadas during the Revolução dos Cravos.
The phrase symbolized the unity between the MFA military officers and the Portuguese people in the process that brought an end to the Estado Novo dictatorship on April 25, 1974.
